What we do

The notary comes to you — on your schedule

Most notarizations fail for boring reasons: the signer can't get to a bank branch before it closes, the hospital won't let one leave, or a loan package needs a witness at 7 PM. We send a commissioned notary to wherever the signing needs to happen, with the right ID checks and a properly completed certificate.

A notary public is an impartial witness. We verify each signer's identity, confirm they're signing willingly and knowingly, administer any required oath, and complete the notarial certificate — acknowledgment, jurat, or other act — exactly as your document and state require.

For real estate and lending, our notaries handle loan signing packages — purchases, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and loan modifications — printing, presenting, and returning the package per your title company or lender's instructions.

One important boundary, in your interest: a notary is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice, prepare your documents, or tell you which notarial act or document you need. We notarize what you bring; if a document raises legal questions, we'll suggest you confirm with counsel before we proceed.

Appointment options

Book the timing that fits your day

Availability and travel depend on your location and the time of day — we confirm a realistic window and a quote in writing before the appointment.

Scheduled
Plan ahead

Reserve a convenient window — mornings, lunch breaks, or a set closing time. The easiest way to lock in a notary around your day.

Best for
Planned signings
Evening & Weekend
After hours

Appointments outside business hours — evenings, weekends, and holidays — for signers who can't step away during the workday.

Best for
Busy schedules
Rush
Rush / Urgent
Priority dispatch

Time-critical situations — hospital bedside, correctional facility, or a closing that has to fund today. Priority dispatch, subject to access and timing.

Best for
Emergencies

Notarial and travel fees vary by state and are disclosed in writing before your appointment — never marked up after the fact.

How it works

From booking to signed and sealed, four simple steps

A predictable appointment built around getting your document notarized correctly the first time.

1
Book & share details

Send the location, document type, number of signers, and your preferred time. We quote in writing and confirm what each signer needs to bring.

2
We confirm & dispatch

A commissioned notary is matched to your area and appointment. You'll know who's coming and when — and that every signer needs valid government ID.

3
Meet & notarize

The notary verifies identity, confirms each signer is willing and aware, administers any oath, witnesses the signatures, and completes the certificate.

4
Done & documented

The act is recorded in the notary's journal. Loan and shipping packages are returned per your title company or lender's instructions.

Why Served 123

The care that protects your signing

Four things we do on every appointment that separate professional mobile notary work from a rushed signature.

We come to you

Home, office, hospital, care facility, correctional facility, or a neutral meeting spot — wherever the signing needs to happen, including evenings and weekends.

Commissioned, bonded & insured

Active notary commissions, surety bonding, errors-and-omissions coverage, and background screening — the credentials title companies and lenders expect.

Loan-signing experience

Experienced signing agents who know how to present a loan package, keep a closing moving, and return documents on time and in order for funding.

Identity verification done right

Every signer appears in person (or via approved remote session) with valid ID. We confirm willingness and awareness, and we won't notarize what we can't verify.

Who we serve

Built for the moments that need a witness

Different signings, different settings — the same careful approach to identity, willingness, and a correct notarial certificate every time.

Title, escrow & lenders

Loan signings, closings, and refinances handled by experienced signing agents who return packages on time and in order for funding.

Law firms & estate planners

Affidavits, declarations, powers of attorney, and estate documents notarized at your office or a client's home or bedside.

Hospitals & families

Bedside notarizations at hospitals, hospice, and care facilities — directives, powers of attorney, and time-sensitive documents handled with care.

Businesses & HR

Corporate resolutions, contracts, vendor agreements, and I-9 employment verification completed at your workplace as an authorized representative.

Real estate agents

Seller packages, disclosures, and last-minute documents notarized on site so a deal doesn't stall over a missing signature.

Individuals & families

Travel consent letters, auto titles, school and benefit forms, and everyday documents — notarized at home, on your schedule.

Questions, answered

What people ask us most

Not here? Email info@served123.com or use the form above.

What do I need to bring to the appointment?
A valid, current, government-issued photo ID for every signer — a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. Bring the complete, unsigned document (don't sign it ahead of time; the notary must witness the signature for most acts). If your document requires witnesses in addition to the notary, let us know in advance so we can plan for it.
Can a notary give me legal advice or tell me which form to use?
No. A notary public is an impartial witness, not an attorney, and cannot give legal advice, draft your documents, or decide which document or notarial act you need. We complete the notarization on the document you provide. If you have questions about the legal effect of a document, we'll suggest you confirm with an attorney before we proceed.
Do you handle loan signings and real estate closings?
Yes. Our signing agents handle purchases, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and loan modifications — printing the package, presenting it to the signer, completing the notarizations, and returning it per your title company or lender's instructions. Just send the package and signing details at intake.
Do you offer remote online notarization (RON)?
Where it's permitted. RON lets a signer notarize by secure audio-video session with identity proofing. Whether it's available depends on the signer's state, the type of document, and whether the receiving party will accept a remotely notarized document. Tell us your situation and we'll let you know if RON is an option or if an in-person notary is the better path.
Where will you meet me?
Wherever the signing needs to happen — your home or office, a hospital or hospice, a care or correctional facility, a title or escrow office, or a neutral public spot like a library or café. Mobile travel is the whole point: you don't come to us, we come to you.
How much does a mobile notary cost?
Cost depends on your state's notarial fee rules, the number of notarizations, travel distance, and timing (evening, weekend, or rush). We provide a clear, written quote before your appointment so there are no surprises — and we don't mark up state-regulated notarial fees.
Can you notarize a will or trust?
We can notarize signatures on documents such as a self-proving affidavit attached to a will, or signatures on trust documents — but a notary cannot advise you on whether a document is valid, complete, or right for your situation. For wills and estate planning, we recommend working with an attorney, and we're glad to notarize once the document is ready.
Can you come the same day or after hours?
Often, yes. Same-day, evening, weekend, and rush appointments are available depending on your location and the time of day. Send your details and we'll confirm a realistic window in writing before you commit — we won't promise a slot we can't cover.
Ready when you are
Need a notary? We'll come to you.

Send your location, document, and preferred time — we'll confirm a notary, a window, and a written quote. No account required.
